Safe City is a card game about building a better city while everyone quietly pulls in their own direction.
Initiatives appear, opinions shift, power changes hands, and somehow everything gets delayed.
Players take secret roles, play cards, block each other, and occasionally do the right thing by accident.
Nothing is fully safe, nothing is fully fair, but the city keeps moving… more or less.
